How to Request Data Deletion

If you wish to delete your account or personal data associated with any of our applications or services, you can use the options below:

Option 1: Email Request

Option 2: In-App Deletion (If available in your application)

1. Open the App
2. Go to Profile / Account Settings
3. Select Delete Account / Request Data Deletion
4. Confirm the request

Processing Time

Once your request is received:

• Your account and associated data will be permanently deleted within 7–30 working days
• You will receive an email once the process is complete
• Deleted data cannot be recovered

Data That Will Be Deleted

✔ Account profile details (Name, Email, Phone number, Address, etc.)
✔ App usage history and submissions
✔ Uploaded files and attachments (if any)
✔ Transaction/booking details linked to your profile

Data We May Retain

Some data may be retained for legal or security compliance, including:
