Lufera Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop visually engaging and brand-aligned designs for digital, print, and social media. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing marketing creatives, website assets, branding materials, and more.
Key Responsibilities
1. Visual Design
- Design graphics for websites, landing pages, presentations, and UI assets.
- Develop brochures, flyers, banners, posters, and other marketing materials.
- Ensure all visuals are aligned with brand identity and guidelines.
2. Social Media Creatives
- Create engaging visuals for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Design reels, stories, ads, and post templates based on campaign themes.
- Collaborate with marketing team for campaign visuals and content ideas.
3. Branding & Identity
- Work on logo designs, brand kits, typography, and corporate branding elements.
- Contribute to creating consistent branding across all channels.
- Create visual guidelines and assets for internal/external use.
4. Collaboration & Execution
- Coordinate with marketing, web, and content teams to deliver assets on time.
- Provide design support for proposals, client presentations, and internal documents.
- Revise and iterate designs based on feedback.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 2–3 years of professional experience in a design role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and/or Canva.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles is a plus.
- Strong design portfolio showcasing a variety of work.
- Creativity, time management, and attention to detail are essential.
