Job Summary

Lufera Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client communication, proposal creation, and closing deals in the areas of web development, digital solutions, and IT services. 

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify potential clients through online research, networking, and outbound communication.
  • Generate leads via platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, email campaigns, and other B2B sources.
  • Maintain and update lead databases and CRM.

2. Client Engagement

  • Initiate and manage communication with prospects via email, phone, and meetings.
  • Understand client needs and present tailored solutions from Lufera’s service offerings.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

3. Proposal & Quotation

  • Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and service presentations.
  • Work closely with technical and design teams to align project scope and pricing.
  • Follow up on proposals and negotiate to close deals.

4. Market Research & Strategy

  • Analyze market trends, competition, and target industry segments.
  • Contribute ideas for new marketing campaigns or strategic partnerships.
  • Report on business development activities and targets weekly.

5. Branding & Representation

  • Represent the company in meetings, events, and virtual demos.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Lufera’s services (web design, MLS integration, digital marketing, etc.).
  • Support in building sales collaterals, pitch decks, and case studies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in business development or IT service sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident in client-facing roles and negotiation.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, proposal writing, and sales platforms.
  • Strong interest in tech, digital services, and marketing trends.
