UI/UX Designer

Lufera Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to design engaging, intuitive, and user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming concepts into beautiful and functional web, mobile, and software interface designs.
Key Responsibilities
1. UI/UX Design & Prototyping
- Design modern and responsive web/mobile interfaces using Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes based on client requirements.
- Ensure design consistency, usability, and accessibility across platforms.
2. User Research & Interaction Design
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to understand user behavior and expectations.
- Develop user flows, journey maps, and low/high-fidelity wireframes.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to align design with business goals.
3. Design System & Branding
- Maintain and enhance design systems and UI component libraries.
- Follow brand guidelines while creating visually appealing layouts.
- Design logos, icons, and branding elements as needed.
4. Collaboration & Handoff
- Work closely with project managers, developers, and marketers to deliver designs on time.
- Provide design specifications, assets, and support during implementation.
- Review developed output to ensure design accuracy.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in UI/UX design for websites, web apps, or mobile apps.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
- Understanding of responsive design principles and front-end limitations.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects.
- Excellent creativity, communication, and problem-solving skills.
